Recruiting of High Caliber Professionals
In this option and due to the scarcity of high level professionals, especially those specialized in certain industries, we have to go further and advertise to reach the most suitable candidates, the steps we perform in this option are the followings:
- Designating the criteria required in the suitable candidate for the position.
- Designing the required advertisement and advertise it in the newspapers and other suitable media. (Note: An Advertisement will be posted on our company website for two weeks FREE OF CHARGE)
- Receiving, sorting, and summarizing CV's received.
- Scanning the CV's received and our applicants database for the most suitable candidates.
- Testing the qualifications, intelligence, skills and work behavioral attitude of the short listed candidates by passing them through the following evaluation & exams (Optional): 1. IQ Test. 2. Basic Computer Skills Test. 3. English Test (when Required). 4. Work Behavior Evaluation (16PF).
- Evaluating the candidates and choosing the most suitable for the position.
- Delivering our summary report and the final short listed candidates sheet with detailed evaluation.
- Organizing the final interviews for the chosen candidates with your assigned staff.
- Finalizing the recruiting process and recruiting the chosen candidate.
